What is Meed, and how does it work for businesses?Meed is a unified loyalty platform designed to simplify the creation and management of loyalty and engagement programs. Businesses can design campaigns as easily as setting up a Gmail account, and customers can join these programs using one central login—no need for separate apps.
-
What types of loyalty programs can we set up on Meed?Businesses can design various campaigns, including digital stamp cards, discount vouchers, and other customised rewards. The platform supports different program tiers, depending on the business’s needs.
-
What are the costs of using Meed?Meed provides an entry-level free tier (one seat, one location, one campaign) and a PRO tier at $49/month (or $490 billed annually), which includes five seats, five locations, and multiple active campaigns. Additional fees apply for extra seats or locations.
-
How do I set up a loyalty program?Setting up a program is incredibly straightforward. Businesses can get started by logging into the Meed portal, uploading branding materials, and generating a scannable QR code. This process is designed to be completed in minutes.
-
Do my customers need to install an app?No, customers can join, earn, and redeem rewards simply by scanning a QR code. Meed may offer an app in the future to enable advanced features.
-
How is Meed different from other loyalty platforms?Meed consolidates loyalty programs into a single platform, reducing clutter for your customers (no more app fatigue). It also features zero technical overhead, built-in analytics, and future opportunities for cross-business collaboration.
-
What analytics are available for tracking program performance? The Meed portal’s dashboard provides insights into customer engagement, including reward redemption rates and campaign performance. This allows businesses to make data-driven decisions to evaluate ROI and optimise engagement strategies.
-

-
What is the “network effect,” and how does it benefit my business? As more consumers join Meed, other businesses also find value in joining the ecosystem. This creates a positive cycle where customer volume grows, attracting even more businesses. As consumer participation grows, businesses benefit from enhanced visibility and customer engagement.
-
Can I collaborate with other businesses on Meed?Yes, Meed enables businesses to link loyalty programs in the future. For example, businesses can recognise each other's members for perks or create shared rewards that work across multiple locations.
-
How do I redeem or verify rewards for customers?Customers simply present their Meed QR membership card. Employees can use the Meed platform to issue stamps, validate receipts, or redeem rewards securely.
-
Do the campaigns, vouchers and stamp cards have expiry dates?Vouchers including an unlocked stamp card under a campaign will expire after the campaign period ends or when the campaign is deactivated. When you create a campaign under your loyalty program, you need to set the start and end dates of the campaign period. Please check these dates carefully before you activate the campaign, as the dates cannot be changed once the campaign is activated. If creating a stamp card, you may want to set a period a longer way away for your customers to redeem vouchers unlocked from the stamp card.

-
What happens if my subscription payment fails? If a subscription renewal payment is not successful, you will receive an email notification with details of the attempted processing of the payment and instructions for you to update the payment details. Once you have updated your payment details, our system will attempt to process payment again. If payment processing is still unsuccessful after a 30 day grace period, we will suspend the account and its Programs, offers and rewards. A final email notification will be sent to you before we deactivate and erase your account and Programs, offers and rewards.
