Terms and Conditions

Welcome to meed!
These terms and conditions govern your meed membership (“Membership”) issued by Meed Limited ("Meed", “we”, “our” or “us”, which includes its successors, assigns and transferees). Our Terms of Use, which can be found on meedloyalty.com/terms-of-use, form part of these terms and conditions (together, as modified from time to time, are referred to as “these Terms”).
By signing up for and continuing your Membership, you agree to these Terms.
Your Membership gives you access to join customer loyalty programs (“Programs”) offered by participating businesses (“Program Operators”, which term also includes any business participating in the operation of a Program as a Program location or otherwise, as agreed by us and the relevant Program Operator) through the meed platform, and other offers and features available from the meed platform from time to time (for example, access to discovery pages of the meed platform). The prevailing Membership features can be found on our website or our app.
1. Eligibility and Membership
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to and give the requisite consent under these Terms, and our Privacy Policy at meedloyalty.com/privacy-policy, or if you lack such capacity (for example, if you are a minor), you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to do so.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not to accept your Membership registration and/or continue your Membership at our discretion.
You confirm that all information provided by you is complete, accurate and up to date.
On successful Membership registration, we will issue a digital Membership card with a Membership ID number to you. You can add the Membership card to your Apple or Google wallet.
When signing up for your Membership, we will ask you to provide a nickname for us to customise your Membership. We will use this nickname as your unique Membership name.
Your Membership is linked to your mobile phone number. Only one Membership can be linked to a mobile phone. Your Membership is not transferable or assignable.
2. Programs
Your Membership gives you access to join Programs operated by Program Operators, and earn Program offers.
You can join a Program by using your mobile phone to scan the Program Operator’s meed QR code or through its clickable link. Upon successfully joining a Program, you will be issued a digital Program membership card, which can be added to your Apple or Google wallet.
You can access the Programs that you have joined by using your mobile phone number linked to your Membership. Your Membership entitles you to earn (as available at the time) offers and rewards such as stamps and vouchers (including in the form of product / service discounts, gifts or event passes) (“Vouchers”) under the Program. Stamps and/or Vouchers that you have earned from a Program will be indicated on your Program membership card and/or your Stamp card.
You will need to contact the Program Operator, who has full control over the activities and offers under its Programs, if you have any concerns or disputes regarding a Program or Voucher. We are not responsible or liable for any content or activities related to the Programs or Stamps (defined in Clause 3) or Vouchers issued by the Program Operator, any change or cancellation to the Programs, Stamp cards or Vouchers by the Program Operator, or any information or representation provided by the Program Operator.
Your eligibility to join a Program and to earn and redeem offers and rewards under a Program are subject to age or other legal restrictions applicable to the products or services offered by a Program Operator.
Your Program membership is not transferable or assignable.
3. Stamps and Vouchers
A Program Operator may issue a Stamp card to you to collect stamps (“Stamps”). With designated Program Operators, you can collect a Stamp on your Stamp card from an eligible purchase of goods or services from a Program Operator, or a check-in at the Program Operator’s business location. The eligibility for a Stamp, including the type and the required transaction amount to earn a Stamp, is subject to terms stipulated by the Program Operator.
You can collect a Stamp from an eligible purchase by presenting your Membership QR code to the Program Operator for scanning and issuing the Stamp to you.
You can earn and unlock Vouchers by accumulating a minimum number of Stamps within a prescribed period.
Your collected Stamps and available / unlocked Vouchers will be indicated through your Membership card. Please note and check the expiry date(s) of your Stamp card and Vouchers. Stamps and Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A Program Operator may issue Vouchers to you from time to time. You can redeem your Voucher by presenting your membership QR code and/or the Voucher to the Program Operator of that Voucher. Redemption is subject to product / service availability of the Program Operator and the terms and conditions of the Voucher.
With designated Program Operators, you may also earn Vouchers through accumulating points from a Member-Get-Member referral, namely, by successfully referring a non-Program member to become a new member of the Program through scanning of your Program membership QR code. The Member-Get-Member points required to earn a Voucher will be stipulated by the Program Operator.
The issue, collection, unlocking and/or redemption of Stamps and Vouchers are also subject to Voucher terms and conditions and applicable terms or policies of the Program Operator and us from time to time. In case of any dispute, the decision of us and the Program Operator shall be final.
We and the Program Operator have the right to revoke any Stamps or Vouchers issued to Members, including where a faulty, fraudulent or duplicated receipt was submitted.
We and the Program Operator reserve the right to cancel Stamps or Vouchers that have been mistakenly issued or unlocked without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
We shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, error, or corruption of information transfer caused by network issues, system malfunctions, poor phone reception, or blocking by third-party applications.
If we have grounds to believe that a Member may have violated any of these terms and conditions, including registering transactions with receipts or the mobile phone of another person or in any dishonest way, we have the right to suspend or terminate that Membership.
4. Receipt Scanning
Some Program Operators may be able to issue Stamps to you upon your scanning of the relevant payment receipt using a mobile phone via meed’s receipt scanning function.
All receipts submitted for collection of Stamps must be machine-printed and clearly show the name of the merchant, receipt number, transaction date, transaction amount, and the product or service description. Only clear images of receipts issued within the last 7 days (or such other period as specified by the Program Operator or us from time to time) will be eligible for Stamp collection via receipt scanning.
There is a daily limit on the number of receipts that can be accepted via this receipt scanning function (for example, 5 receipts per Member per 24 hours, which limits are subject to change from time to time).
Each receipt can only be used for stamps collection once, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions.
By submitting a receipt via the receipt scanning function, you confirm that the receipt is authentic and has not been altered from the original form issued by the Program Operator. Submitting fabricated or altered receipts will result in immediate Membership suspension and forfeiture of offers and rewards, potential legal actions, and reporting to the relevant enforcement or other authorities.
Submitted receipts may be subject to verification processes, including image analysis and manual review, to ensure authenticity.
5. Membership Suspension and Termination
You have the right to cancel your Membership by emailing us at info@meedloyalty.com. Upon cancellation, your Membership will be immediately terminated, and all accumulated Stamps, Vouchers, and any other offers and rewards that you have not collected or redeemed will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at our discretion. In particular, if you breach any of these Terms, or if you misuse the Membership or Program benefits, your Membership may be suspended or terminated with your Membership and Program benefits forfeited (with or without notice), and we and the Program Operator may seek to recover from you any damages and losses suffered by us or the Program Operator.
6. Data and Privacy
When you register a Membership with us or otherwise use the meed platform, we may collect your personal data. Our Privacy Policy at meedloyalty.com/privacy-policy sets out the purposes for which we collect your personal data, and how we handle such data.
It is important that you read our Privacy Policy to understand how we use your personal data, and the rights that you have about the data.
A Membership gives you the option to subscribe for Newsletters issued by us. If you would like to subscribe for such Newsletters, we will ask for your consent before we do so. If you no longer wish to receive the Newsletters, you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the Newsletters issued via the meed platform, for us to remove you from the Newsletter mailing list. If you opt out of direct marketing communications, you may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing communications from us.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided on the meed platform, including without limitation, information, documents, products, logos, graphics, sounds, images, software and services are work of Meed and/or its authorised third parties with all intellectual property rights reserved.
All Meed logos and all such materials incorporating Meed’s name, logo or supporting graphics are the property of Meed with all rights reserved.
8. Liability
All information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed by Meed in relation to the meed platform are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all express or implied conditions or warranties are excluded.
We make no representations, undertakings or warranties as to title, accuracy, completeness, quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose in relation to any product or service offered by any Program Operator, or that the meed platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely or available, or that any error or malfunction will be rectified within a certain time period or at all. Your participation in the Membership and Programs are at your own risk.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated version of these Terms on our website. By continuing your Membership, you agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to cancel your Membership at any time.
10. Miscellaneous
The Clause headings used in these Terms are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Singular shall include the plural, and vice versa.
These Terms (including our Terms of Use which form part of these Terms) contain the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure or delay to exercise any right or act upon a breach under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or breach.
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without your consent, and these Terms enure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable by our successors, assigns and transferees. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) shall not apply to these Terms under any circumstances.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. You expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and consent to extraterritorial service of process.
13. Language
We may translate these Terms into multiple languages. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any other language version of these Terms, the English version will prevail.

1. 會籍和資格
您確認您具有同意這些條款以及我們的私隱權政策(meedloyalty.com/privacy-policy)並給予必要同意的法律能力,或者如果您缺乏這種能力(例如,如果您是未成年人),您確認您已獲得父母或監護人的同意。
我們保留自行決定是否接受您的會籍註冊和/或繼續您的會籍的權利。

會籍註冊成功後,我們將向您頒發帶有會員身分證明號碼的電子會員卡。您可以將會員卡加入您的 Apple 或 Google 錢包。

您的會籍與您的手機號碼連結。 一部手機只能連結一個會籍。您的會籍不可轉讓或分配。
2. 計劃
您的會籍使您可以加入計劃運營商運營的計劃,並獲得計劃優惠。
您可以使用手機掃描計劃運營商的 meed 二維碼或透過其可點擊的連結加入計劃。成功加入計劃後,您將獲得計劃電子會員卡,可以將其添加到您的 Apple 或 Google 錢包中。
您可以使用與您的會籍連結的手機號碼來存取您已加入的計劃。 您的會籍使您有權在計劃下賺取(當時可用)優惠和獎勵,例如印章和優惠券(包括產品/服務折扣、禮品或活動通行證的形式)(「優惠券」)。您從計劃中獲得的印章和/或優惠券將顯示在您的計劃會員卡和/或印章卡上。
如果您對計劃或優惠券有任何疑慮或爭議,您需要聯絡計劃運營商,他們對其計劃下的活動和優惠擁有完全控制權。 對於與計劃運營商發行的計劃或印章(定義見第 3 條)或優惠券相關的任何內容或活動,計劃運營商對計劃、印章卡或優惠券的任何更改或取消,或任何計劃運營商提供的資訊或陳述,我們均不承擔任何責任或義務。
您加入計劃以及賺取和兌換計劃下的優惠和獎勵的資格受到年齡或適用於計劃運營商提供的產品或服務的其他法律限制。
您的計劃會籍不可轉讓或分配。
3. 印章和優惠券
計劃運營商可能會向您發行印章卡以收集印章(「印章」)。透過指定的計劃運營商,您可以透過從計劃運營商購買符合條件的商品或服務,或在計劃運營商的營業地點簽到,在您的印章卡上收集印章。印章的資格,包括獲得印章所需的交易類型和金額,須遵守計劃運營商規定的條款。
您可以透過向計劃運營商出示您的會員二維碼來掃描並向您發放印章,從而從合資格的交易中收集印章。
您可以透過在規定期限內累積運營商訂定最低數量的印章來賺取和解鎖優惠券。
您收集的印章和可用/解鎖的優惠券將透過您的會員卡顯示。請注意並檢查您的印章卡和優惠券的到期日期。印章和優惠券不可轉讓,也不可兌換現金。
計劃運營商可能會不時向您發放優惠券。您可以透過向該優惠券的計劃運營商出示您的會員二維碼和/或優惠券來兌換您的優惠券。兌換取決於計劃運營商的產品/服務供應情況以及優惠券的條款和條件。
對於指定的計劃運營商,您還可以透過「會員獲取會員」計劃推薦累積積分來賺取優惠券,即透過掃描您的計劃會員二維碼成功推薦非計劃會員成為計劃新會員。賺取優惠券所需的「會員獲取會員」積分將由計劃運營商規定。
印章和優惠券的發行、領取、解鎖和/或兌換還須遵守優惠券條款和條件以及計劃運營商和我們不時適用的條款或政策。如有任何爭議,我們及計劃運營商保留最終決定權。
我們和計劃運營商有權撤銷向會員發放的任何印章或優惠券,包括提交錯誤、欺詐或重複收據的情況。
我們和計劃運營商保留取消錯誤發行或解鎖的印章或優惠券的權利,恕不另行通知。
如有任何爭議,我們保留最終決定權。
對於因網路問題、系統故障、電話訊號接收不良或第三方應用程式封鎖而導致的任何資訊傳輸延遲、遺失、錯誤或損壞,我們不承擔任何責任。
如果我們有理由相信會員可能違反了任何這些條款和條件,包括使用他人的收據或手機或以任何不誠實的方式登記交易,我們有權暫停或終止該會籍。
4. 收據掃描
當您使用手機透過 meed 的收據掃描功能掃描相關付款收據後,某些計劃運營商可向您簽發印章。
所有提交領取印花的收據必須是機印的,並清楚顯示商家名稱、收據編號、交易日期、交易金額以及產品或服務說明。只有在過去 7 天內(或計劃運營商或我們不時指定的其他期間)發出的收據的清晰圖像才有資格通過收據掃描進行印花收集。
透過此收據掃描功能每日可接受的收據數量有限制(例如,每位會員每 24 小時 5 張收據,此限制可能會不時變更)。
每張收據僅可用於收集印章一次,不可與其他優惠及推廣同時使用。
透過收據掃描功能提交收據,即表示您確認收據是真實的,並且沒有對計劃運營商簽發的收據正本進行更改。提交偽造或篡改的收據將導致立即暫停會籍、沒收優惠和獎勵、潛在的法律訴訟以及向相關執法機構或其他機構報告。
提交的收據可能需要接受驗證過程,包括影像分析和人工審核,以確保真實性。
5. 會籍暫停和終止
您有權透過發送電子郵件至info@meedloyalty.com 取消您的會籍。取消後,您的會籍將立即終止,所有累積的印章、優惠券以及您尚未領取或兌換的任何其他優惠和獎勵將喪失。
我們保留自行決定暫停或終止您的會籍的權利。特別是,如果您違反任何這些條款,或者如果您濫用會籍或計劃權益,您的會籍可能會被暫停或終止,您的會籍和計劃權益將喪失(無論是否通知),我們和計劃運營商可能會尋求向您賠償我們或計劃運營商遭受的任何損害和損失。
6. 資料和私隱
當您向我們註冊會員或以其他方式使用 meed 平台時,我們可能會收集您的個人資料。我們的私隱權政策(網址為 meedloyalty.com/privacy-policy)規定了我們收集您的個人資料的目的以及我們如何處理此類資料。
請務必閱讀我們的私隱權政策,以了解我們如何使用您的個人資料以及您對這些資料擁有的權利。
會籍使您可以選擇訂閱我們發布的電子報。如果您想訂閱此類新聞通訊,我們將在訂閱之前徵求您的同意。如果您不再希望收到新聞通訊,您可以點擊透過 meed 平台發布的新聞通訊中的「取消訂閱」按鈕,以便將您從新聞通訊郵件列表中刪除。如果您選擇退出直接行銷通訊,您可能會繼續收到我們發送的與服務相關的通訊和其他非行銷通訊。
7. 知識產權
meed 平台上提供的所有資料,包括但不限於資訊、文件、產品、標誌、圖形、聲音、圖像、軟體和服務,均為 Meed 和/或其授權第三方的作品,保留所有知識產權。
所有 Meed 標誌以及包含 Meed 名稱、標誌或支援圖形的所有此類資料均為 Meed 的財產,並保留所有權利。
8. 責任
Meed 提供或執行的所有與 meed 平台相關的資訊、內容、資料和/或服務均「按原樣」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內,排除所有明示或暗示的條件或保證。
我們對任何計劃運營商提供的任何產品或服務的所有權、準確性、完整性、品質、適銷性或目的適用性不作任何陳述、承諾或保證,也不保證meed平台將不間斷、無錯誤、安全、及時或可用,或任何錯誤或故障將在一定時間內或完全修正。您參與會籍和計劃的風險由您自行承擔。
9. 修改
我們保留隨時透過在我們的網站上發布這些條款的更新版本來修改或替換這些條款的權利。繼續您的會籍即表示您同意這些變更。如果您不同意更改,您有權隨時取消您的會籍。
10. 雜項條款
這些條款所使用的條款標題僅供參考,不影響這些條款的解釋。單數應包括複數,反之亦然。
這些條款(包括構成這些條款一部分的使用條款)包含您和我們之間的完整協議。
如果發現這些條款的任何規定無效或無法執行,則該規定應與這些條款的其餘部分分離,而其餘部分仍具有完全效力。
我們未能或延遲行使任何權利或對違反這些條款的行為採取行動,並不構成對該權利或違約行為的放棄。
我們可以在未經您同意的情況下將這些條款項下的權利或義務轉讓給任何第三方,並且這些條款確保我們的繼承人、受讓人和分配人的利益,並可由我們的繼承人、受讓人和分配人執行。 《合約(第三者權利)條例》(第 623 章)在任何情況下均不適用於這些條款。

12. 適用法律和管轄權
這些條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並依其解釋。
香港特別行政區法院對處理因這些條款引起或與這些條款有關的任何爭議擁有專屬管轄權。您明確服從上述法院的專屬管轄權並同意域外送達訴訟程序。
13. 語言
我們可能會將這些條款翻譯成多種語言。如果這些條款的英文版本與任何其他語言版本之間存在任何衝突或不一致,則以英文版本為準。
